Process Description 

The natural gas supplied at the battery limit of the package in ambient temperature from the IGAT line. This package adsorbs all organic sulfurs and converts the hydrocarbons other than Methane in the Reactors in high purity ration for using as the Blast in Ethylene Oxide reactor instead of Nitrogen Blast.

This technology as lots of following beneficiary:

  • Increase the efficiency of catalyst in Ethylene Oxide reactor to produce more than 5000Ton/Year
  • Reduced power consumption and side services
  • Rising operational flexibility
